I’m an artist/crafter living in Virginia. I’m married to an amazing man. I have a very spoiled dog and three cats.

I have a certificate in Handmade Books and a certificate in Large Scale and Mural painting. I also have a BS in Business Administration – Management. I minored in Theater and really miss being up on stage.  I’m just a few classes shy of an AAS in Fine Art.

I love to knit and crochet. I just bought sewing machine and I’m having fun playing with it. I’ve been making collages since I was a kid and I love altered art.

I’m a member of ‘Round The Mountain which is a network of artisans in Southwest Virginia. I’m also a member of BESTBooks – BookBinding Etsy Street Team.

I collect postcards and enjoy making my own postcards. I’m a postcrossing member and love receiving postcards from all over the globe.

I’m also a swap-bot member but you’ll find I’m mostly doing postcard swaps.

I’m an Assistant Troop Leader for a Junior Girl Scout Troop (girls ages 8-11). I’m also a Kiwanis member.

I read comic books (Hack/Slash, Strange Girl, Mouse Guard & Death Dealer) and I’m a Star Wars dork.

My family refers to me as a professional piddler; I’ve been working for the WPA (We Piddle Around) since 1981.

I have an addiction to paper and yarn…. and sometimes fabric.

My can’t miss shows are Heros, CSI, & House.

After so many things I love here is something I hate…

I hate chocolate and ice cream.

And I hate the fact that I cannot find Knoxberry Farm Jalapeno Jelly anywhere.

I am not a morning person, but I’m thankful for each morning I wake up.
